This four-story building has two floors of assisted living, one floor of memory support, and one floor of skilled nursing and rehab. Both memory support and skilled nursing/rehab floors are organized by HouseHold. Each HouseHold of 12 units has unique colors, furniture and artwork, and permanent staff members including a chef who provides culinary meal plans for specific residents. Memory Support includes a secure, outdoor wandering garden as well as activity areas in each HouseHold.
